All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique and personalized nature of our designs, all sales are final. We encourage you to double-check sizing, color, and product details before completing your purchase.

Exceptions for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, we’re here to make it right. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at info@canadianjack.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item or sending a replacement.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges for sizing or style changes. If you’re unsure about sizing, refer to any product specific size guide - if available - before purchasing or reach out with any questions.

Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 5 days. Include photos of the damaged packaging and item, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases of defective items. Store credit or replacements are offered when applicable.
